2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Platform Usage

  • Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
  • Booking Process: When booking, customers agree to provide accurate information, including details such as pickup location, destination, and preferred date and time.
  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are subject to change based on time, location, and other factors. Payment can be made online or in cash directly to the chauffeur, as specified at the time of booking.

4. Chauffeur Service

  • Independent Contractors: Chauffeurs listed on CHOFFER Finder are independent contractors and not employees of CHOFFER Finder. We are not responsible for their actions, conduct, or performance.
  • Service Availability: CHOFFER Finder does not guarantee that a chauffeur will be available for every booking request.
  • Responsibility: While CHOFFER Finder vets its listed chauffeurs, the responsibility for service quality rests with the chauffeur.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel their booking in advance based on the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Chauffeur Cancellations: In rare cases, a chauffeur may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, CHOFFER Finder will assist in finding an alternative chauffeur if possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

CHOFFER Finder is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services. This includes but is not limited to issues related to transportation delays, cancellations, or driver conduct.

7. Meet-and-Greet Service

  • Service Guarantee: CHOFFER Finder includes a complimentary meet-and-greet service, meaning chauffeurs will wait at the designated location with a sign displaying the customer’s name.
  • Waiting Time: Each booking includes a complimentary waiting time, which varies based on the service level. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

8. Customer Obligations

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, and contact information.
  • Behavior and Conduct: Customers agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while using CHOFFER Finder services. Any illegal or disruptive behavior may result in a service refusal.

9. Prohibited Activities

Customers are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Harassing or abusing chauffeurs.
  • Attempting to bypass CHOFFER Finder’s booking or payment system.
