GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a chauffeur service through our platform, you agree to the following general terms and conditions. Please note that individual chauffeurs may have specific terms and conditions listed on their profile page.

1. Scope of Service

CHOFFER Finder connects customers with professional chauffeurs for transportation services. We facilitate the booking process and provide a platform for communication between customers and chauffeurs.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing the transfer details.
Please review all details in the confirmation email to ensure accuracy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer, the cancellation policy of the individual chauffeur will apply. Please review their terms on their profile page.

4. Wait Time Policy

Inbound Airport Transfers: Customers will not be charged for delays caused by flight schedules, as chauffeurs actively track flight statuses. Chauffeurs provide a free wait time of 1 hour from the actual landing time of your flight. After this period, a charge of 20€ for every 30 minutes of waiting applies.
Outbound Transfers: Chauffeurs offer a free wait time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, a charge of 20€ for every 30 minutes of waiting applies.

5. Rates and Fees

All transfer rates are calculated automatically at the time of booking.
Rates are inclusive of Meet & Greet service, taxes, and parking fees unless otherwise specified by the chauffeur.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure all pickup and drop-off details are accurate at the time of booking.
For airport pickups, provide your flight details so chauffeurs can monitor your flight status.
Contact the chauffeur promptly if there are any unexpected delays or changes to your travel plans.

7. Chauffeur Responsibilities

Chauffeurs are responsible for providing a professional and timely service.
They will communicate with you if there are any unexpected issues or delays.

8. Liability Disclaimer

CHOFFER Finder acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for:

Delays, cancellations, or issues arising from the service provided by individual chauffeurs.
Miscommunication or disputes between customers and chauffeurs.

9. Chauffeur-Specific Terms

These general conditions apply to all transfers. However, individual chauffeurs may have additional terms and conditions, which can be found on their profile page. Please review these before confirming your booking.
